How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

You can manage your subscription in your subscription management portal

You can manage your own subscription via the subscription management portal. Here you can download your invoices, see your subscription, change your plan - if you want to downgrade or upgrade - as well as pause or cancel your subscription.

Navigate to your profile menu (your avatar) and click on "Manage subscription":

Next, click on the button that says "Open Billing Portal".

In the billing portal you can make the changes by clicking on the actions menu (three little dots - depending on light/dark mode, this might be quite pale/hard to see). If you signed up before April 2024, it will look like this:
